Exchange Policy

At Globally Organic, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If the size isn’t right, we’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and free from any fragrance, stains, or marks

  • In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Not altered, damaged, or customised

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

3. Size Exchange

We offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size or another suitable solution, as applicable.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable”

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products with tags that have been removed, cut, torn, or tampered with

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us through [email/WhatsApp] within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Shipping Charges

We offer free exchange shipping for eligible size exchanges.

7. Quality Issues / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size where an exchange is available.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Only exchanges are available as per the terms of this policy.

Important

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Kids’ sizes can vary depending on the child’s height, build, and preferred fit.

Tag & Garment Trial Note

Please try the garment without removing or cutting the tags. Once the tags are removed, cut, torn, or tampered with, the product will be considered non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
